Shipping Assurance is a package protection we offer here at Beautiful Disaster Clothing. If your package is lost, or says it was delivered and it is no where to be found after three business days, we can assure you that BD will replace your lost, stolen or damaged package if you have opted in.

To file a claim, simply fill out our easy, one-page claim form by clicking the link in your confirmation email you received after you placed your order on bdrocks.com. Our team will review and reach out to you within 1-2 business days of submitting your lost package info.

Beautiful Disaster offers you the option to protect any purchase via our Shipping Assurance Program, because once your order leaves our facility, Beautiful Disaster is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.

Since risk of loss for and title to the products in your order passes to you upon once we deliver them to the post office, you may opt to have Beautiful Disaster cover this risk for an additional $.99* at checkout.

If you elected to be responsible for the risk of loss for your order and you believe your package has been lost, stolen or damaged during transit, you will need to file a claim through USPS.
